Hi Blackberry pals,
My name is Eddy. I have a problem with my Playbook, I couldn't update my
apps because the Playbook rejects my ID (I already put the correct ID and
Password) it said "You cannot change userson this playbook. Please Login with the original BBID used on this playbook", I also tried to back up by using Blackberry desktop Manager but
still didn't work, if I wipe out or turn to factory default settings I am
afraid the apps I bought and all I have installed will be gone. What is the

If you have forgotten the original BBID, you are not likely to get to far. Contact BlackBerry.

Hi Sea, thanks for you suggestions. But still they cannot help. I already contacted them and this is what they replied:
