I have a new computer with Windows 8 and I can't connect my playbook. He told me that there is a connection problem, I bought a new cable but it has not changed. I have no problem to connect the Z10. Thank you for your help

To better assist you I have a few questions:
What version of the BlackBerry PlayBook software version are you using? (you require BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0.1 or later)
Do you have the latest version of the Blackberry Desktop software installed? See here:
Do you have .NET Framework 3.5 installed?

I actived on my computer .NET Framework 3.5
And I installed Desktop Software v7.1.0 B42 (Multilanguage)
And, strange, I have just one device blacberry device for 2 items, Z10 and Playbook
So everything is ok, tahnk you so much
