Pacemaker - Not showing paid for in app world

I purchased Pacemaker in app world,  and the first download was successful. I deleted it because it kept crashing, in an attempt to reinstall.  It no longer shows in my appworld and wants me to repurchase the app. 

 

How do I contact RIM, as after I contacted Pacemaker,  they suggested this is the route to go.

Try clearing the AppWorld cache on the PlayBook...

For the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the BlackBerry App World application
  2. Swipe in from the bottom-left corner of the frame to bring up the keyboard.
  3. Type rst

Note: BlackBerry App World will not provide any notification that the reset has been performed.

 

Now, look back at AppWorld > MyWorld. Do you see it?
