Play Book Bowser Error Message

When trying to access the internet using Browser getting the following error message "couldnt resolve the host name" Try Again. Internet access is available and being used from other apps, email etc so doesnt not appear to be a router issue. Not using a bridge which appears to have caused a lot of problems for others. Dont see any other posts with the same issue.

  • Open your Browser > swipe down from the top.
  • Touch the Privacy and Security tab at the left and scroll down to Clear Cache.
  • Close that screen and touch the battery icon at the top right > Restart.

After the restart, connect again to WiFi and try again using the browser.
