I purchased play book on may28th 2012 it is under warranty the charging port got damaged even though I used it hardly for 5 times . When I went to service center at reding ton Hyderabad they are saying that they don't have my details in there database and the company will not repair it . If they don't have record in there database is it my fault I even have the bill. I suggest every 1 not to but blackberry play books . My unique num is <Personal Content Removed> and amazon.com order number is <Personal Content Removed>. If want I will mail u the original receipt

you need to call your Playbook support phone number to get a warranty RMA.
