PlayBook Simulator 1.0.1 doesn't work(open) with VMWare Player!!

Hi everybody, i have a problem with the BB PB Simulator in my WINDOWS PC, my virtual machine (VMWare Player 3.1.4) can not open the .VMX file of the Simulator version 1.0.1, it appears a error dialogue box saying this..."Path of the file...and Insufficient Permission to access file"


anyone have a solution to this problem ?
