PlayBook WIFI issue

I have my own WIFI working perfectly until my next door neighbor installed his "open" WIFI connection.

Problem now, my PlayBook intermittently attaching itself to his wifi and ignore my own saved wifi profile.

I know, what is the issue right? just use his wifi correct?

Please let me know how to prevent the PlayBook switching connection. It should stay connected on a prefered wifi profile.
