PlayBook Warranty or change

Hi, I was trying to call 1-877-644-8410 to get information about how to return and change a BlackBerry PlayBook but ir always says that the service is not available, I supposed that this is because I'm located in Mexico City, The thing is that the microphone stops working and it won't work anymore.

Where can I need to send my PlayBook? Please, anybody knows?

Thanks for the tip. I bought my PlayBook on the US that's why I was asking Smiley Happy I wasn't sure if MX support can help me. Fortunately they can!

How did you finally return your playbook? I have an incidence number, they couldn´t help me, closed the case and nobody answers to make warranty effective

Keep trying. You still have the incident number and is not fixed. Keep asking for a manager

Whenever I call, they ask for incident number...it doesn't exist anymore, so impossible to get assistance!
