Playbook 2.1 Browser Access to Exchange OWA with private SSL

[ Edited ]

Hello All,

I'm having a terrible time trying to get my Playbook to open Outlook Web Access (OWA) in browser. I have a personal SSL certificate. Its signed by my organizations private certificate so I have the root and intermediate supporting certificates successfully imported on the Playbook but I still keep getting an Error 500 page.

Using the exact same personal certificate, I can access OWA from by desktop computer no problem. One thing on the desktop that does not happen on Playbook is that in browser, I am prompted to use my personal certificate by Internet Explorer and then enter my username and password. This never happens on the Playbook browser.

What am I missing?

Thanks for the reply. I should clarify that my connection is through WiFi.

Yes, I have imported a personal cert. In addition, my IT guy gave me two other organization certs to import which I did . There purpose was to gain access to the OWA server. Still not working.

When in browser, tap the gear icon and tap Privacy and Settings. Check to make sure you have turned on the appropriate switchs.

I have adjusted the browser settings so that I accept cookies, display pop-up boxes. I thought perhaps I was missing a pop-up box to enter my credentials. Still stuck...
