Just received my Playbook and trying to set up by following onscreen instructions. When I got to the Agreement, there are no countries in the drop-down menu so I can't go any further. Any help anyone?

I know this is not exactly the issue you're reporting, but close enough to try.
And you have the Playbook 32gb?
