I've found the root cause of the incompatibility problem with OS 2.0.1. and I've fixed the issue on April 19th.
Please download the new application release from the AppWorld (reader version should be 1.3.8 or higher).

Now if only it will display drm books that i have legally purchased from Kindle and also skip between chapters to and from the contents page etc it would be perfect. I can remove the drm but I feel bad about it even tho I paid for them. Paging through a text book to get to the last chapter is far too slow.
Just discovered the scroll bar under the footnote which at least helps navigate the book if TOC is not navigable. Today's version still willl not open my mac osx lion text book without removing drm. Does anyone else have problem reading purchased books with drm? Will the app only read free books?
