WOW! I am very good with understanding and communicating with people with different accents.....I just called Playbook Support and spoke with someone that had a really tough time understanding me and I could barely understand them.
I am all for providing people with employment and opportunities but seriously if you are working in a support function and need to communicate with people as your job.....you should be able to do it!
Talk about frustrating!!!!

This problem isn't unique to RIM. Unfortunately it's quite common these days. Usually, when I get someone I can't understand, I just hang up and call back in a few minutes. It doesn't take very long to get a live person on RIM's support line.
