Playbook doesn't hold charge or just cuts out

Hi, I've had quite a few problems with my PB for a while now. 3 issues: It does'nt always let me turn it on, the charge doesn't seem to hold (or have any power) and it just shuts down without warning. Really frustrating. I have the latest software loaded, but it seems since doing this it's caused even more problems. I've wiped everything off it and that worked for a day or two, now I'm back to square one with poor performance.


I purchased a new charger and that doesn't seem to have done the trick.


Can anyone help?

Are you indeed able to charge the PlayBook to 100%?

Are you using the OEM Wall outlet charger in the USB port?
