Playbook features

Hello, I want to buy a tablet and can't decide between the playbook and the Ipad2. I have a blackberry smartphone. I read on a blog that the email feature on the playbook does not accept or open attachments...is this true. Also, is it possible to download an app like Microsoft office for the playbook?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

No. Microsoft Office, but the Playbook does have Word and Excel programs already loaded, They are only very basic

Check out the Playbook user manual (Blackberry website  - Support section to download) to see what features the programs have. manual links to videos so you can see it in action, or just check the Video tutorial on the BB wesite.

Great for notes and making draft letters etc. but  nothing like full version of MS Office or Open Office.
