Recently my Playbook has stopped communicating with my network. It says it is connected. Ive connected using WPS and using the password and putting a device pin into my router. Each time it says "connected" but I cannot surf the internet. So I decided to troubleshoot it using BB Desktop manager. Well it wouldnt connect to BBDM. So I did a security wipe. No I cannot get it reactivated so it is just a big paperweight. What else can I try? I tried turning off my computer antivirus and firewall. That didnt help. Computer running win 7 x64.

UPDATE: Somehow (dont know how) it was finally able to instal the OS version 220.127.116.116. Still cannot connect to BBDM. Internet is spotty. I'm sitting 3 feet from my router(Linksys/Cisco EA6500).
