Playbook will not hold a charge -


I assume the battery must be replaced.  This playbook is less than 6 months old!  Where are the instructions for this?  Where do I purchase a new battery? Can I order one online and have it delivered?

Call Blackberry .Batteries are not user replaceable unless you are a skilled repair technician as the whole chassis needs to be stripped.

Sounds like you are within the one year warranty period where BB will repair the PlayBook if required.


Did you check if there were any apps or settings that you might have changed that are causing an unusual drain on the battery?  There are other threads already out there that discuss the whole topic of battery life that may be of help.
