Playbook won't charge!

I have read many posts regarding this problem, none of which seem to work for me.  When I plug it in to the wall (with the charger it came with) the red light comes on for 10 seconds, then the red battery with the lightning bolt appears for  10 seconds, then the green light comes on for like 5, then it repeats itself.  It's been charging for almost 24hrs now. Help!!!!

Is your playbook completely drain on batery at 0%?

Do a stack charge on it. Plug it in to the charger for about 2 minutes. Then unplug it for about 2 minutes. Repeat 6-12 times.
