I have managed to get my PB working on my PC although I have not installed Desktop Software as of yet,

 

I uninstalled everything to do with BB on my PC, I then reset / turned off PB while still being connected to my PC, I was then promoted to install BB device manager when my PB started , It would appear the drivers are installed and I’m connected.

 

I actually done this first-

 

On your pc, right-click 'my computer' and select 'manage'.  Click on 'services and applications', then double-click on 'services' to display them.  To change them, right-click on any one and select 'properties'.  (For this purpose select 'automatic' in 'startup type' dropdown box and click on ok).

 

Ensure that the folowing services are set to automatic,then restart the pc:-

 

Webclient service

Workstation

DHCP client

DNS client

Server

TCP/IP Netbios helper

Computer browser

Unfortunately i tried all that and still doesn't work.
