Thanks for the articlse, gone through each one of them, uninstalled the PTG and now reinstalling. Will update on this when done.

Ok here is what I have done;

 

un-installed PTG, reinstalled PTG, computer restart, selected a Word doc for PTG, logged in with my details, entered the CODE, selected print, STILL THE SAME PROBLEM ERROR 404.

 

THAN turned off MSE and tried again and SAME ERROR again.

 

I give up, this thing should have worked by now but its a messed up software. DROPBOX is GO all the way!!
