Problem with camera in playbook

Good day!

 

There was a problem with a tablet pleybuk, namely when you try to turn the camera on, I see the error "Error: The camera is in use. Close other applications and try again" (PS the error text written to memory, may not coincide with the original, but the meaning of this). Just when you start can be a mistake and will not show a black screen prsto either a black screen with the controls (switching video / image to another cell), but with their application hangs.

 

The second problem is the unlock screen. Tobish when pressing the power button the screen lights up, and have 1-5 seconds to drive across the screen with your fingers until pleybuk not deign to get out of standby mode

What to do and what to do? Tablet 2 months, there was no mechanical damage, overheating, too, was not there seems to be.

have you been able to restart it?

 

does it happen with both cameras and video as well?

yes, i make 3 full resets from playbook and 2 from PC Device Manager.
