The Playbook keep e-mail as per the setting in the e-mail account under the advance settings but the maximum is 30 days,so any e-mail that are older than this period aresimply removed from the Playbook, but are still on the server.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to save email on the Playbook for more than 90 days. Currently have emails from September 2012.
Fwiw, LinkedIn emails from 2011 are still on the Playbook. That is not a typo.
