RMA Status

Having an issue checking my RMA status since the site now says my 90 days are up.

That might be the case but I still have an RMA in progress and can't check status.

 

Any ideas how I can check or where I should report this oversight?

You may be better off calling tech support and they can look up the status of your rma. use the original ticket that caused the rma.

I have exactly the same issue and received some help from telephone support but I still don't know the status of my RMA
