Resetting your playbook

 if I go to a electronic store do you think they can reset my playbook to the oldest version of the playbook??

Not the oldest version, but they can reset it to the most recent version.

You can also reset it to the most recent version yourself using Desktop Manager. The instructions at the following link,  although for downgrading from a beta OS, will show you how:
