SIM card Rejected

Hi guys 

 

   I am using Blackberry playbook 32 GB 4G/LTE, and I tried to connect 4G connectivity But my playbook says "SIM Card Rejected". What can I do?, please help me!. Does anyone got the same problem ?. please assist my request.

Yes, there are several reports of that in these forums mainly from Indian users buying old Sprint Playbooks, which are locked to Sprint's network... You'll be fine on WiFi, but I don't know that you'll ever get the SIM card data to work.

You will need to call Sprint and request from them the MSL (Master Subsidy Lock) code.

 

I don't know of any other solution. You bought a device not intended for the Indian market.

Again, using it on WiFi only will work.
