Screen has frozen

New to Blackberry Playbook and finding it a challenge as the screen has frozen with all of the icons showing.


Have turned it off, have held down the power / volume button but had no success.


Can anyone offer a solution?

Hold down only the power button for 20 seconds. Screen will go black. Wait one minute. 

Press power button briefly to restart.
