Screen issues on Playbook

I don't know what is wrong with my Playbook screen. It keeps the previously opened screen as a "ghosting" and keeps adding on as I go on. I have done a security wipe. What else can I do. Any ideas?

You can contact BlackBerry at the numbers below. I think it will have to be sent in to them. Backup all your files to a computer before you send it because it will be wiped by them.
