Security Swipe

I had planed on selling my playbook so I did a security swipe on it, then I decided to keep it.  Now the problem I have is that I can not complete the initial set-up because when I get to the point when I am asked to enter my country from the drop down window I get a blank window.


I can connect with a wifi signal,  but, can't do much after that. When I connect to my laptop I get the message to disconnect and complete set-up.
