Security Wipe

Hi All,

 

I've done a system wipe on my playbook.  After this I started to set it up again and  it started but then switched off and now won't work.  It starts but doesn't get past the colours at the start.  I've tried pushing the 3 buttons to reset but no joy.  Can anyone help?
