Setting up Playbook

I was wondering if someone could help.  I am trying to setup my PB and it won't let me past the agreement page.  It says that no country has been selected, but it allows no option for selecting it.  I have a user ID and password as I previously had a BB account.  Can anyone please help, I have been trying to figure this out for several days with no success.  I did some searhing on the internet and it says to be sure you are connected to a wifi and I am connected to the internet.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.  I am new to this PB thing.

I don't think you have a good wifi connection fir the PlayBook. If you can access and Open WiFi Signal, (Coffee Shop, McDonald, Starbuck etc) try from the beginning again. Just because other devices access your wifi does not mean the PlayBook will.
