You didn't place any "online orders on BB website". There's no such place to that. You placed your order at shopblackberry.com. Yes, you know that's what you did. IF you truly believe you placed an "online orders on BB website", go back and try to recreate it. You can't. It was never there.

Seems I've read many to whom he responded and make right the order that was placed. Check that thread. Perhaps you're asking him something he can't do, such as give you $300. Smiley Wink
