I've looked for this as well. It appears the only way to change the currently logged in user is to wait 15 or so minutes for the system to require the password again, and then you can log in with a different account.
Fairly unacceptable for a company renowned for it's security. It should have an "account" area where you could change password, edit billing info, etc.
