So many unsloved issues

Is RIM even listening?

All that your customers are begging for is that you fix simple, simple problems. You give updates with fixes that hardly means anything to the masses.

Example, you own dataviz, my organization had considerations to adopt the playbook to keep publications on but not having a search function with PDF was a deal breaker? You lost business there; it is the little things that make the big difference. No spell check are you kidding me for this long. Are you going to use the same business strategy that got you in this rut in the first place. Slow to action. IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS! Please wake up or good luck with all your future endeavors. Technology market is way too fast for this inaction.

Oh and the Android player function should be scrapped, Native QNX apps are way way better.
