I have tried to do the OTA update. It downloads to 100%. When it starts to install it immediately stops at 0% and says that Software Update Interrupted. This happened 6 months ago when the update was released to correct for a problem in Flash. Has anyone else experienced this error? My Wi-Fi signal is not the issue as I do this within 12 feet of the router.

Crackberry has a post:
Seems like trial and error with a forced re-install from Desktop Manager.

Well, I first
- shutdown all apps,
- downloaded the new version with power adaptor plugged in
- backed up all my data to PC
- plugging in the power adaptor and restart for installation of the new version.
It took time but restarted without a hitch. either I was lucky to have a good connection for download or they sort of repaired the problem in downloading, or the server is not quite as busy a while ago.
Btw I see Messages contacts browser, calenar and appword in the top row.
I also see new: print to go, docs to go but my sheet to go got hidden somewhere yet to be found
also gone are categories like favorite, media, games
Avail for upgrade facebook 22.214.171.124
I really miss the sheet to go
good luck everyone!

Personnally, it took me about 15 times until I found the exact procedure, gathered from several posts here and on crackberry:
1-Connect Playbook to PC USB port.
2-Launch Blackberry desktop
4-On playbook, press Power & Volume - & Volume + util shutdown and red light appears.
5-Playbook will start a reload process.
6-Watch Blackberry desktop. At one point, there will be a window poping up saying it cannot connect, and if you want to upgrade the software. This is what you are looking for. Do reload from this window on desktop.
7-Careful not to remove the USB
