Stuck screen after security wipe

I had so much trouble logging in here (due to the ID name vs using your email address... I'm not too bright) so I had to change my log in at some point.  & so, the new one was different from what was on my playbook so I was unable to buy apps because that was set up on my new ID.  SO.... I decided to do a security wipe so I could change my id on my tablet. 

 

Going through the security wipe it's redoing settings... one of those settings is entering my blackberry ID.. I did that, & clicked the Sign In button & it's been stuck on that ever since. 

 

How do I get it unstuck?

Well, I opened up the desktop thingie & that seems to have started it going again with d/l'ing updates so never mind!

OK well it downloaded updates & started set up again & when I got to the BB ID part.. it's stuck again so back to my question...



how do I get it unstuck?

I had to run through the update procedure a couple of times & finally it worked. Not sure why it got stuck but thankfully it's not broken Smiley Very Happy

FINALLY, I can buy apps. GHEEH.

Between the app world, the ID & the support forums, there's TOO MANY Log in's. Can hardly figure them all out :/
