Watched the video, some interesting stuff, but still no mention of android apps or Netflix or Skype or ms. To say I'm disappointed is an under statement, but not very surprised.

Re: Think you need to look at these....

I've read on a few forums about people wanting Netflix , i was intrigued by what it was , it launched here in the UK on Monday and when i had a look at what it was offering i was very underwhelmed by it , old TV series and old films at £5.99 a month ,  most of which i'd never heard of and some of which i thought were available on the free 4OD service.......

The one good thing it has done is made Lovefilms ( an Amazon Company) offer a decent streaming service at a reasonable price of £4.99 a month , (not available on Playbook as it uses Silverlight to play) .

I'm not bothered by Android Apps , there's enough in Blackberry apps for me and i don't use Skype so not bothered about that .

Seems you'll never make everyone happy though no matter what they do include in the update but i'm more than happy with the look of it .
