Touch screen response

Hello everyone. I have had my BBPB since about June and have used it almost everyday. Just a couple weeks ago the touch screen started acting up and not responding like it should. Its slow and takes several touches to register my entry. Sometimes the entry is not the button I had even selected. I have done the security wipe and reloaded the base software. I waited for the next software update and installed it in hopes the problem would go away but it didn't work... Im running 1.0.7.2942

Can somebody help??

even unplugged from a charger it does this?

 

have a screen protector on it?

This happens when its not plugged in. I don't have a screen protector. I have also taken very good care of the unit since the day i purchased it.

 

Data entry works well when i use my bluetooth keyboard. This problem seems to be screen related like a hardware issue...

only thing i have heard is maybe strong magnetic fields near by, if this is not the case then maybe you have faulty hardware
