Trouble deleting emails



I have about 200 emails that I cannot delete.  When I try to it says it's "syncing" and whatever I have selected to delete just stays there...unless I do each and every one individually.  I don't really want to delete my whole account because I can't get rid of my emails.  What should I do?

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

You may have an issue with your Messages database, try clearing the Messages database and test with new messages. The following article provides information how to clear the database (Please note that clearing the messages database deletes all messages from the BlackBerry smartphone)
