I have a PlayBook purchased November 2011. I did not purchase extended warranty. My USB has not worked for about 6 months. What are my options if I wanted it diagnosed and/or repaired? I recently downloaded the air browser so I can manipulate files and I can link to my laptop via Windows.

My fear was that would be the case as far as cost. I got frustrated when I called RIM. They could not find my initial registration for my phone, and between a bad connection and the accent of the gentleman who answered, our attempts to communicate were trying to to say the least. He also insisted on checking warranty and I said I conceded there would be none left.
