Unable to access www.blackberry.com/playbookgettingstarted on my new tablet

Hi,

 

Just bought my 32G Playbook Tablet and I cannot access the playbookgettingstarted site! 

 

The message given is:  

 

Not Found - The requested URL was not found on this server.  With the title:  404 Not Found. 

 

I have no problem accessing this site on my laptop.  And no problem accessing E-Mails, Youtube videos, Google, etc with my tablet. 

 

Help through the phone number provided in the packaging appears to be non-existent!!!!  No way at all to speak to anyone.

 

I'm considering returning my tablet.  Can you help me?

i just went to that page with out issue

 

What OS are you running? possible you have to update it
