Just purchased a Playbook and trying to add my email account.
I tried using the same email account settings as on my laptop but keep getting a 'POP server has changed or is incorrect' error when I tap SAVE
Any help would be appreciated!
pophm.sympactico.ca, port 995, SSL ON
smtphm.sympatico.ca, port 25, TLS ON (startTLS)

When you are adding a new e-mail, try to just enter your e-mail adress and password and let the Playbook find the setting on its own, this work 99% of the time

Yes, tried to let the Playbook do all the work - no luck.
I have set up two other mail accounts with success. (both are with another provider - 1and1.com) but for some reason I can't get my Bell accounts to work. Contacted Bell Canada/sympatico support but was no help. Basically told me to contact Blackberry.
