Re: Unable to mount internal volume

Apologies for bumping an old thread, but this is currently happening to me.

I realized that when I installed VMWare Player to use the BB Simulator with the NDK, it changed what occurs when USB devices are connected (as you can connect them directly to the VM).

I've tried the suggestions above and also at the following link:

http://forums.crackberry.com/blackberry-playbook-f222/playbook-not-recognized-windows-7-64bit-deskto...

But my PlayBook keeps showing up as "USB Composite Device"

Thanks,

Re: Unable to mount internal volume

[ Edited ]

Basically what I've discovered is that if I leave it plugged in long enough, BBDevMgr will indicate it was unable to mount the device's filesystem and prompts me to reconnect.

Upon reconnect I can access it just fine.

Is there any way to eliminate the timing out?

Thanks,
