Unable to reply to emails on playbook

I have managed to pair my new playbook to my 9900, which runs my work email account via BES. Although I can view emails on my playbook I cannot reply, forward, delete any emails or compose new emails? When I touch the relevant icon on the screen nothingnhappens. Everything works fine on the 9900. Help and advice please!

You almost solved it your self. BES contact your BES administrator. there is a policy blocking it.
