Unable to setup account

I recently purchased the Blackberry Playbook, and it's great.  I however have a problem with setting up email account. It asks for my email and password.  Is it the same one when I had it set up and choose my own email and password.  If yes, then how come I keep having problems.  Any advise would be helpful.

Yes what ever the username and password. You use for your ISP email is.

I don't understand why it won't work.  The password and email address is correct.  I've tried numerous times, but keep getting an error message.

In other instances people have deleted the account and then added it back. Is the email account Gmail or Yahoo or some other isp?

When I go to settings: click on Accounts-->then Add New Account

I click Email, Calendar and Cantacts...it asks for Email Address and Password

I input the information, but when I do I get an error message "Please check your user name and password and try again."

 

I do this repeatedly and I keep getting this message.  The information is correct, so I don't geet why I keep getting the same error message. Any suggestions would be helpful.

What email service are you trying to connect to?

When you put in the user name without the domain name.
Be a Shepard and not an iSheep.
