I keep receiving this popup when trying to play any wmv video.:
"Media Error, an error has occurred, please try again." and then the Video App closes...
The video is shown for a few sec and I'm almost positive that if my fingers were fast enough I could even forward through the same.
While the Playbook is connected to my laptop, I can browse to the same video file (within the Playbook) and play it through my Laptop.
Running latest OS 2.
Found this other post, but looks like they didn't find a solution.

Would there be any logs that could be enabled for troubleshooting? I'm no expert in media files, but would there be different types of wmv formats...or do all wmv files are the same codec and so forth?
Is this the right place to ask for help/support?

I called Support line and the first suggestion is to do a reset PB (hold Power for 15 sec...).
Do we have any tools or way to troubleshoot this?
