Most recently my Wifi connection has been periodically dropping even though there is a strong signal. My modem and router appear to functioning just fine. I have never had this issue before. How do I stop this from happening?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Wi-Fi network.
Does this happen with all networks to which you connect or one in particular?
Please see KB13299 to run a Wi-Fi diagnostic.
