i shouldn't think so, just have another look at print to go, on website

after all win 8 is totally different to win 7

the only thing that threw me for a minute was the pairing process
open print to go, on playbook tap settings and it should give you a pairing password, enter that on pc when asked , and that should be it (i'm on 2.1.0.1314)

I don't even get to the pairing bit.

 

Previously paired and worked well on Windows7   however uninstalling Print to go and reinstalling doesn't throw that window up to enter username and password and then the key.

 

I think that this is where the problem lies.  

 

If I could delete the original and try and re-log-in  to blackberry services I bet it would work. But I do not have any idea how to do this.

 

Other peolpe must have come across this problem, surely.

i know this is a stupid question (sorry) but what version of print to go are you running (pc) ?
latest version is 1.0.161 (clutching at straws, now..!)

Is your laptop running on the same wifi network as the PlayBook?

Read this KB Article KB30122
Also try doing a print job from your laptop to your normal printer to see if it will actually print a file on paper.
