after secuirty wipe

after i peformed a secuirty wipe on my playbook with os i lost all apps that come with the playbook standerdly  now i cant acsess any bridge apps nor do i have appworld or any other apps at all all apps that are on the plsybook is just the browser and the setup app please advise what to do i see there is an update but will it restore the playbook apps that are suposto come with it such as bridge and app world etc please advise

Currently, what OS version is installed on the PlayBook? Look at your Settings > Software Updates, what is installed?
