There is an alternative to get rid of this problem.
Connect your BlackBerry PlayBook with USB cable to your internet enabled laptop/desktop.
Then go to the following link:
Here on top right of the screen you can SIGN IN with your pre existing BlackBerry ID and Password.
Now you can enjoy the App World in a similar fashion you do it on your BlackBerry Smartphone or PlayBook.

I can't validate or verify my Blackberry ID.
I have a Z10, everytime I go in Password Keeper, BBM, or anything else, I get prompted to verify my BBID.
I have resetted my BBID about a dozen times. It works perfectly on https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login.
I go in my device and enter in any of the prompts from any apps... Even in the settings... I enter the right password because the invalid password prompt does NOT go up...
The Verify button is basically lifeless. I press it once, twice or 10 times, nothing happens.
After a while I press cancel and I can access the application, or see the Blackberry ID information but I cannot backup my device using blackberry link because it say I need to validate my BBID.
I cannot wipe my device without having a backup ...
I do have data connectivity, I am connected on Wifi and have cellular data connectivity, reguarless of using any one of them, I can't verify the BBID.
I am running the lastest release as of now. Software Release 10.3.2.2168
