blackberry pb - got realy hot and now not turning on

put my pb on stand by as usual woke up early in the morning and felt that my pb was unusually hot tried turn it on and the red led light flashed a few times then the green light went on and went onto the home menu for about 1 scond b4 the page faded and now -the screen dont come on no lights flash can not connect to my laptop or tv when i plug charger in it overheats ? any suggestions will be very ppreciated

Hold down the Power Button until the red LED flashes, then release and allow it time to bootup. If it doesn't boot connect to the charger and try it again.
