can i get my playbook start throughmy laptop?

can i get my playbook start throughmy laptop?

bought my playbook 2 months ago.

starting it went well.

in our new place, initial setting up of our new wifi connection was having problems. but went ok after re-checking with the router set-up.

yesterday. i can no longer connect to ANY WIFI connection - open, saved, hotspot...

i tried everything - nothing.

now, i restore it to it's factory settings.

but i am now stuck in the CONNECT TO WIFI set-up.

i cannot go from there...

CAN I DO THE INITIAL SET-UP OF MY PLAYBOOK THROUGH MY LAPTOP?

pls help... Smiley Sad

Yes, install the BlackBerry Desktop Software to your laptop and connect via the USB port and you should be guided through the required initil setup and OS upgrade.

Following the advice of JSanders...

Go here to get the Desktop software for your device: http://ca.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software.html?LID=ca:bb:support:software&LPOS=ca:bb:suppor...

It's the second tab in. Good luck!
